We invite to join the team a person who will work with written customer requests through online communication channels. The position is focused on text communication.

Main tasks:

• Processing customer messages in chats and messengers.
• Providing consultations and answers to requests.
• Registering appeals and entering information into internal systems.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Ability to express thoughts clearly and competently in writing.
• Basic computer skills.
• Work experience is not required - we train everyone.
