Online support operator in Arian, Reklamna agenciya

We are currently looking for a Online Support Operator - a person who will be able not only to respond to customer requests, but also to do it in such a way that each of them feels that with Arian his business is in safe hands!

What we offer:

• Comfortable schedule 4/2 or 5/2 (optional) with floating weekends.

Your tasks:

• Communicate with customers via chat, email and social media.
• Assist customers with all their queries and problems, making their experience of cooperation with us pleasant.
• Provide online consultations.
• Update the database and report.

Who we are looking for:

• You are communicative and a quick learner: work experience is not necessary, we will help you get used to it.
• You have excellent communication skills: you know how to listen and find a common language with by anyone.
• Compulsory knowledge of English at level B1 and above:therefore a must be sure to indicate your level in your review or resume!
