Requirements:

• knowledge of sales techniques
• experience in the field of sales as a supervisor or sales trainer, experience in managing a team of 15 managers (mandatory)
• the ability to provide a remote workplace (stable high-speed Internet, PC, silence during working hours)
• have the desire to build systematized work, the ability to analyze indicators
• experience in voip-time, Google documents will be an advantage

Working conditions:

1. work schedule from 8.50 to 19.00 after on the phone until 21.00, 5/2, but two weeks a month as needed
2. — fixed part + additional motivational bonuses for group performance +% of sales. At the time of formation of the team, a minimum of UAH 25,000, after the formation of the team, the general motivation of supervisors
3. stable payments 2 times a month

Responsibilities:

• formation of a team of 15 managers, for teams of 15+ managers an assistant supervisor is introduced
• adaptation of new employees, training and supervision (transferred by the recruiter, NO search)
• active listening to managers, providing feedback of the current group on a regular basis
• implementation of the set plan according to group indicators, KPI
• execution of current tasks: control of managers' shift, checking of orders, current analysis of the indicator in the shift
• interaction with other supervisors, recruiter, staff
• daily and weekly reporting on work with the group
