We have two branches, two production sites: Dnipro and Kyiv. We are looking for a Sales Manager for an online store to work with clients in the Kyiv office. Products: printing on flags, printing on bags, printing on T-shirts, printing on hoodies, printing on other clothes, printing on fabric and textiles. Future tasks: Processing of incoming requests (chats, calls, e-mail); Support and consultation, regarding the product, orders; Ensuring a high level of service: compliance with the regulations of entering into communication and scripts, conducting a high-quality presentation, managing the intonation of the voice. Collecting the necessary information for the segmentation of the customer base at the primary level; Maintaining the CRM system; Maintaining cross-sale, upsell sales tools - to increase the average check of the transaction. Placing orders for production/warehouse; Transferring the Client to the next line of managers after servicing the first order.
