Job description PETROVKA HoReCa is a company that supplies coffee shops, restaurants, food courts and offices with disposable tableware, packaging and other HoReCa products. We are actively developing and invite you to become part of our successful team in the position of Online Store Sales Manager. Requirements: mastery of effective sales techniques (willingness to develop and learn new sales technician); fluency in the Ukrainian language; experience working in a call center - will be an advantage; mandatory skills in working with office programs (Excel, Word, 1C); knowledge of basic methods and techniques of conducting negotiations; quickly process a large amount of information; to respect clients and have a desire to work with them; necessarily without bad habits (no smoking). Responsibilities: processing incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers, communicating with customers in messengers, entering all the necessary information into the 1C database; advising customers, preparing commercial offers according to the request and the need for the product; supporting the customer at all stages from receiving the order to delivery of goods to the client in accordance with the company's terms of operation. Working conditions: five-day work week: Mon.-Fri. from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8-hour working day with a flexible schedule); work in the office (full-time); official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine; stable and timely remuneration; a friendly young team; the possibility of professional and rapid growth; work in a stable, developing company; rate + CRI; trial period 1 month.
