We are looking for a highly qualified and energetic Manager online store/ eCommerce Project Manager, who will take over the full management of our online store, ensure its stable operation, sales growth and successful implementation of new initiatives.

Main responsibilities (What needs to be done)

  • Strategy and development of the sales channel:

    • Full management of the online store: organization of processes, control, regular updating of content and functionality.

    • Development and tracking of eCommerce sales plan implementation, implementation of effective actions to achieve it.

    • Implementation of changes and optimization of online store business processes.

  • Organization of operational activities and communication with customers:

    • Prompt and high-quality processing incoming orders and calls.

    • Professional communication with customers (up-sell/cross-sell).

    • Working with the customer base: informing about promotions, support and collecting feedback.

  • Analytics and documentation:

    • Maintaining key analytics of eCommerce performance (conversion, traffic, average check, return on investment).

    • Writing instructions, creating and updating internal documents and work regulations.

  • Team management and interaction:

    • Training, motivation and development of the team;

    • Effective interaction and setting tasks for digital specialists and programmers.

  • Able to systematically analyze data, highlight the main points and offer flexible solutions for optimization.

  • Aspires to constantly learn and develop in the field of electronic commerce (e-commerce).

Experience and knowledge:

  • Successful experience in managing the project of launching an online store "from scratch" or its significant relaunch.
  • Experience of working in team and effective interaction with digital specialists and IT department/programmers.
  • Experience of working with content and support of an online store (filling, updating).
  • Understanding customer needs for the development of convenient usability (UX/UI) of the site.
  • Understanding the principles of Internet marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM).
  • Experience of working with CRM systems for managing customer relations base and sales.
  • Experience with accounting programs (for example, 1C, BAS, etc.) will be an advantage).
