Online store management manager, assistant in Bosfor

The company has been engaged in online sales for 4 years.

We sell on Prom, Rozetka, Shafa, our separate site. We have extensive experience in sales on marketplaces. There are plans to enter foreign markets (USA, Europe).

I am looking for an employee to monitor the site in Prom.

Responsibilities:

Filling the site with goods + editing old ones

Analyzing sales performance indicators (teaching)

Maintaining the site in an up-to-date state - price, description, photos, integrations, etc.

Accept incoming calls (several calls per day at the initial stage).

Requirements:

Age 18-30 years old;

Proactivity — the desire to develop in the direction of online sales,

Ability to think analytically and logically

Systematic and structured;

Attention to details - when creating product cards

Working online therefore requires stable internet and power supply

and own laptop,

Knowledge of Photoshop is welcome;

Understanding of sales psychology is welcome (creation of creatives, writing texts that sell)

Responsibility for one's work

I offer:

Transfer of experience in creating, launching and maintaining a website

Percentage of sales

ZP from 8,000 for the training period. Up to 40,000 and above
