Online store manager in Farina

FARINA.UA is the main activity of the company distribution and wholesale and retail trade of HoReCa and Gourmet products. We have 9 years of work experience, regular customers, our own imports of the presented brands, strong and proven brands and products of regular consumption. We are growing and developing quickly, and that is why we are looking for an online store manager in our team. Your daily tasks will be: Processing incoming orders and incoming calls (without cold calls); Consulting customers, providing information about products; Analysis of the customer base, forming a plan for working with customers to implement the sales plan; Administration of sales support; Management of the CRM system; Market monitoring. Our expectations from the candidate: Experience in the field sales of an online store or in a call center; Knowledge and mastery of sales techniques; Communicability, customer orientation; Ability to quickly absorb information; Confident PC user; Ability to independently plan time and set priorities. 18:00; Office at 7:00 p.m. from the Beresteyska metro station; Bonuses for managers with the best performance; Support from the manager and the entire team; Transparent salary and the opportunity to influence your salary.
