Online store for the sale of spare parts for mobile equipment

Main requirements for vacancies:

1. The ability to communicate with the client ("lead" the client)

2. Fluent spoken language - Ukrainian and Russian

3. Have a certain degree of stress resistance to work with problem clients

4. The basic skill of using messengers and chats (Viber, Telegram)

5. Spelling at the highest level (for communication in text form)

6. Candidates with spare parts experience and CMS Opencart experience will be considered first

Responsibilities:

1. Outgoing and incoming calls

2. Correspondence in messengers and chats

3. Work with invoices of transport companies (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.)

Working conditions:

1. Schedule from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (30-minute break), Monday through Friday

2. The trial period is fully paid by the company

3. Office on the 1st floor

4. Tea, coffee, sweets in the office

5. Registration according to the CPD
