Announcement: We are looking for a Content Manager for the Online Store
PARADIZ is a dynamically developing online store specializing in the sale of professional cosmetics. Due to business expansion, we invite an experienced and creative content manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and editing texts for product cards, categories, blogs and news sections of the site;
- Creating content plans and filling the site with relevant information;
- Ensuring the quality and uniqueness of the content;
- Work with graphic content (selection and editing of images, creation of banners);
- SEO optimization of texts and images;
- Analysis and improvement of current content based on statistics and user feedback;
>- Interaction with other departments (marketing, sales, technical support) to ensure relevance and completeness of information.
- Customer service from the moment the order is placed prior to shipment, including product consultation, order status tracking, and problem solving.
- Coordination of work with logistics companies to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Control and creation of promotions, compliance with the RRC on the site
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian and Russian languages, literacy and attention to detail;
- Skills for working with CMS (for example, Opencart);
- Basic knowledge of SEO and search engine principles;
- Ability to work with graphic editors (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.);
- Creative thinking and ability to work in a team;
- High self-organization and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
- Permanent place of residence in the city of Khmelnytskyi
- Experience in customer service and the ability to effectively solve problems.
- Skills for working with photo and video processing tools (for example, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Skills for independent creation of photo and video content.
< li>Knowledge of the basics of photography and videography, including the use of equipment and lighting.
