We are currently looking for a Chat operator who will help maintain a high level of service and create a pleasant experience for users
Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers in online chats (Instagram, Telegram, website)
Consulting goods, orders or services
Processing requests and transferring information to relevant departments
Maintaining a positive image of the company in communication
Maintaining reports and customer base (CRM)
Working in a team with managers and marketers
Requirements:
Proficient written Ukrainian language
Ability to respond clearly, kindly and quickly to customers
Attention to details, responsibility
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of communications
Experience working in messengers or support - will be a plus
