Manager of online personnel training (methodologist)

Tasks:

• Creation of online courses, surveys, tests, video lessons and compilation of materials from experts to educational content;
• Development of the course concept independently and together with internal experts;
• Development of the participant's path from the beginning and to its completion;
• In the future, the organization of educational trainings for the company’s sales and office staff;
• Development of methodological materials;
• Development and support of the company’s methodological documents (regulations, procedures , contracts, procedures);
• Automation and optimization of operational processes;
• Collection and systematization of information.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of personnel training manager from 3 years, and online training manager from 2 years;
• Possessing the relevant professional qualification in the development of internal regulatory documents ;
• Experience of conducting various educational trainings, depending on business needs, holding conferences;
• Experience of developing methodical and educational materials;
• Higher education;

• Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook);
• Responsibility, ability to organize work remotely and independently, meeting deadlines.
