Online School Sales Manager (Warm Calls) in Buki, marketplace for tutoring

Our mission is to help in learning English, Polish, German, mathematics, physics, chemistry and history of Ukraine with individual teachers (tutors). More than 4,000 students and 600 teachers have already joined us. However, we do not stop and strive to grow even faster. Therefore, we are currently looking for a new client manager.

Job description:

• Working with clients - accepting orders, clarifying details, appointing a teacher and controlling payment and lessons;
• Teacher control;
• Customer and teacher support;
• Full 8-hour working day, 5 days a week (shifts on a day off are possible - 1-2 times a month);
• Work from home with a laptop, good connection to the Internet and a quiet workplace;
• The possibility of working on weekends, paid vacation and bonus system;
• The possibility to work from anywhere in Ukraine / the world.

Duties and wishes to the candidate:

• A confident computer user (free work with MS Office (Word, Exel), Google Docs , mail service Gmail, and various types of browsers);
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages: correct and clear pronunciation, competent and structured writing of letters;
• Calls via IP-telephony;
• Completed higher education;
• Basic knowledge of the education system in Ukraine, general erudition;
• Experience as a manager/administrator in working with clients in a training center, courses, online school - welcome.
