In addition, it provides comprehensive vision diagnosis services for adults and children by professional ophthalmologists. In our team, we want to see an experienced specialist in the field of sales in the online store and social networks, we discuss the salary level according to competence (rate and % of sales). Candidate requirements: Experience of 1 year in E-Commerce projects, understanding business processes of online sales. Work experience in online marketing and retail trade. Completed higher education (professional in E-Commerce, marketing, advertising, IT, PR will be a plus). Understanding and ability to use Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics at a professional level, experience in setting up targeted advertising for at least 1 year. Knowledge of English at the B1 level (having a relevant certificate will be a plus). Responsibilities: Organization, analysis, coordination of online sales on the Internet - store and social networks; Coordination and creation of targeted advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads; Monitoring of trends in Reels, TikTok, ability to work with VN, Videoleap, Figma, etc. applications; Development and design of content for social media. networks: text, photo, video (development of scenarios and plots), editing of reels; Monitoring the competitive environment and the needs of the target audience; Communication with the audience (Messenger, Direct, comments, accepting orders on the site, Bitrix24, work in the site admin panel); Conducting advertising activities aimed at attracting and increasing the activity of the audience (promotions, surveys, raffles etc.);Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, the preparation of reports on all media placements, making suggestions for improvement; Development and support of the online store through the formation of technical tasks and joint work with IT contractors, SMM managers and marketing agencies; Synchronization of the work of various divisions of the company for the successful implementation of the brand strategy; Organization and conduct of photo/video shoots.
