Online Order Processing Manager (not remote) in HEPPI HOP

Our team is expanding and we invite a candidate who will work with customer orders in online channels.
 
The vacancy requires presence in the office (not remotely)!

Your responsibilities:

• Processing customer requests and orders through the website and messengers (Telegram, Instagram, Viber).
• Coordinating with internal departments regarding the collection and dispatch of orders.
• Communicating with customers regarding changes in the order, delivery and payment.
