Iberion Sp. z o. o. – the largest social and media group in Poland, is looking for a person for the position of Online Media Sales & Marketing Specialist to initiate, support and coordinate the advertising process in the sales team. We offer interesting and developing work: from research, through co-creating the campaign concept with the creative team, ensuring smooth communication with the client and the team, coordinating the production process of materials for the client, to creating post-purchase reports for Iberion group clients. Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the team in implementing the sales strategy.
• Ensuring transparent, smooth and positive communication with clients and the team.
• Analyzing marketing data, campaign results and preparing reports for clients and the sales team.
• Preparing sales offers and presentations, in accordance with the needs of the sales team. 
• Market monitoring and competition analysis.
• Cooperation with the creative and production departments in creating offers for potential clients.
• Monitoring the progress of the client's campaign in the Iberion group media.

Our requirements:

• Knowledge of online advertising, including display, video, content marketing and custom campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of GA4.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions based on them.
• Ability to work in a professional, demanding, but very grateful team.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Accuracy, punctuality and the ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Positive attitude towards the team and 100% commitment to customer success.

Welcome:

• Experience in sales, marketing, advertising agency or media house
• Online marketing certificates

Knowledge of advertising, marketing and analytical tools such as Google Ads.

Experience in cooperation with media houses.

Knowledge of CRM tools (Livespace, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Project management skills.

Practical knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (preparing presentations based on provided materials).

Practical knowledge of tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Jira. If you don't know them, we will teach you.

Recruitment stages:

1. verification of applications;
2. screening interview (telephone / online);
3. a short recruitment task that you will present to us in person during a meeting in our office in Warsaw - we will get to know each other better and most likely at this stage we will talk about the terms of cooperation;
4. signing the contract.
