Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager who will be responsible not for "reach", but for quality B2B leads and scaling digital channels.
This is a role about numbers, analytics and results.
Main tasks Lead generation & performance
Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn — as needed)
Generation of B2B leads
Control of CPL, CPA, ROMI
A/B testing creatives and offers
Digital strategy
Building a system digital strategy
Funnel management (advertising > landing > lead > contact)
Working with landing pages
Content & creative
Setting up technical specifications for the designer / copywriter
Participation in the creation of advertising creatives
Adaptation of messages for B2B audiences
Analytics
Analysis of channel effectiveness
Monthly reporting on results
Recommendations regarding scaling
Role KPI
Number of targeted B2B leads / month
Cost per lead (CPL) within the budget
Conversion of lead to contact / appointment
ROMI of digital channels
Our ideal candidate
2+ years of experience in online / performance marketing
Experience of working with the B2B segment
Confident mastery of Meta Ads, Google Ads
Analytical thinking
Orientation on business results
Independence and responsibility
Will plus:
