We are actively scaling up and now transforming our marketing into the main driver of sales. We are looking for an ambitiousDigital Marketing Manager,who will eventually lead the direction of Online Marketing and turn it into the main source of quality leads for all areas of business.
Build an effective customer engagement system through the company's web platforms and ensure a stable flow of sales orders in three countries. normal; text-decoration: none">Main tasks:
1. Lead Generation and work with aggregators:Searching and establishing partnerships with profile aggregators in Ukraine, Poland and the USA (e.g. Multi-test, ЛУН.Мисто, Pan Wybierak, etc.).
Optimization of channels to receive the maximum number of applications tied to the coverage of our network.
2. Web Project Management (Development Curation):
Modernization of flagship sites: from the formation of business requirements to control of the "relocation" with full preservation of SEO ratings and recognition.
Creation "from scratch" of new sites for the corporate segment (Telecom and IT services) under new brands for the UA, PL, USA markets.
Operational management of prices, promotions and banners.
3. Performance Marketing and analytics:
Creating a system for launching, testing and analyzing advertising campaigns in various Digital channels.
Integration of external marketing tools with the internal RMS system for end-to-end analytics.
Development and implementation of the KPI system for Online Marketing.
4. Budgeting and strategy:
Formation, protection and control of the implementation of the monthly marketing budget.
Minimizing the cost of lead acquisition (CPA) while maintaining high quality of applications.
Regular presentation of results and direction development strategy to the company management.
Who we are looking for:
Experience:from 2 years in Digital marketing (preferably in Telecom, IT, Service-based business niches).
Scillas: Deep understanding of the principles of Lead Generation, SEO, PPC and web analytics.
Project Management:Experience in site development/modernization curatorship (understanding of UX/UI, technical stages of moving domains).
Tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, experience with CRM/RMS systems.
Languages:Ukrainian — vilyes, English/Polish will be a strong advantage (for working with Polish and US markets).
Analytical mindset:Possibility to work on three different countries.
Format of work:Hybrid, office near the Palace of Ukraine
Work schedule:9:00-18:00, 5/2, Saturday, Sunday - weekend
