We are looking for an energetic, organized and detail-oriented person to join our client's team as Online Events Technical Support Coordinator . You will be responsible for ensuring that online events run smoothly, from setup and testing to technical support for presenters and participants.

• Experience in technical support for online events
• Knowledge of online event platforms such as Teams, Zoom & Webex
• Knowledge of software: Crestron /Extron/QSC/Shure, vMIX/OBS – welcome
• Creating and editing event pages
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under time pressure and acting independently
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb new information
