Online customer support manager (chat / remote) in OFSET SERVIS, TOV

We are looking for active and responsible people to join the online support team. Suitable for those who want to work remotely, love communication and are looking for a stable income with the possibility of growth. Experience is not required - we teach from scratch.

Your main tasks:

• Correspondence with clients in the chat

• Consultation on basic issues (according to ready-made instructions)

• Transferring complex requests to relevant specialists

• Fixing requests in the internal system

• Supporting polite and professional communication

We expect:

• Confident use of PC and messengers

• Competent written language

• Responsibility and attention to details

• Willingness to learn and work according to standards company

• Experience will be a plus, but not mandatory

Working conditions:

• Completely remote format

• Shift schedule 4/2

• Fixed rate — 28,000 UAH + bonuses for the result
  (average income: 36,000–50 000 UAH/month)
