Online consultant in an online store in Odosdev

Working hours: Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Office in the city center (near the subway) Duties: 1. Providing online consultations to clients on the use of software and web services. 2. Answering users' questions about technical issues, solving problems and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Assist in resolving technical issues related to software and web technologies via chat, e-mail and video conferencing. Requirements: 1. Willingness to learn and develop 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients. 3. Knowledge of computer basics, ability to quickly learn new software products and technologies.
