Online channel development manager in NovaPay

We are currently inviting a specialist to the team for the position of -"Online Development Manager channels"

Our expectations:

• 1 year of work experience in business and/or technical analysis in IT projects related to mobile applications, web platforms, payment technologies, e-commerce or financial services;
• understanding of integration processes with processing centers, MPS and online payments;
• experience in analyzing transactional, card and electronic payment processes;
• ability to form and describe technical tasks for payment systems and digital products;
• knowledge of the stages of the software development life cycle and key practices of business analysis;
• understanding of the principles of data exchange between information systems and basic integration approaches;
• experience in analysis, modeling and documentation of business processes;
• skills of collecting, formalizing and describing business requirements (user stories, use cases);
• participation in acceptance testing of implemented functionality.

Main tasks:

• analysis, modeling and description of business processes related to the introduction of financial products in the mobile application and other online channels for clients of individual entrepreneurs;
• collection, analysis and recording of business requirements for products and processes of mobile applications and e-commerce projects in interaction with stakeholders;
• close cooperation with UX/UI specialists, project managers and system analysts in order to determine the scope of work, planning, development and further support of products and processes;
• participation in testing implemented tasks, maintaining and controlling the backlog during the implementation and implementation of products and processes in the mobile application and other online channels;
• preparation and updating of documentation regarding implemented functionality.
