We work in Ukraine, Poland, Romania and Great Britain, helping people find their ideal therapist easily, without anxiety and in an atmosphere of trust. We are currently looking for a responsible and structured person for the position of Onboarding Specialist in the Supply team who will accompany our psychotherapists in the onboarding process.
Areas of your responsibility:
- Accompany psychotherapists at all stages of onboarding: from first contact to profile activation.
- Work with internal databases (Notion, Google Sheets, Retool).
- Collect, check and prepare therapists' documents (diplomas, certificates, insurance, etc. - depending on the country).
- Coordinate the preparation of materials for the therapist's profile: texts, videos, photos.
- Communicate with psychotherapists regarding the process onboarding, deadlines and technical issues (for 4 markets - UA, PL, RO, UK).
- Monitor onboarding deadlines, work with "tails" and help the process move without delays.
- Follow internal regulations and work in Platform programs.
What we value:
Previous experience:
- Experience in operational / administrative roles (onboarding, HR, operations, customer support, coordinator)
Soft skills:
- Attention to details and responsibility.
- Ability to organize your work and bring tasks to completion.
- Empathy and correct communication with mental health specialists health.
- Resistance to stress and willingness to work with routine tasks.
Writing skills:
- Competent written Ukrainian
- Written English at a level of at least B1.
Technical literacy:
- Confident use of Gmail, Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, Canva, programs for processing photos and documents
- Willingness to work with documents, photos and video materials.
- Ability to quickly navigate processes and find solutions.
Organization:
- Multitasking and the ability to work with several processes in parallel.
Will a plus
- Experience working with clients
- Basic knowledge of psychology/ psychological education
- Understanding the principles of online platforms
- Polish/Romanian language at a level not lower than B1, emphasis on written communication skills

Selection process for this position:
- Test task. If your experience meets the requirements, we will send the task.
- Interview with Lead of Onboarding (60 min). This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, talk about future tasks and answer all your questions questions.
- Final interview with Head of Supply and HR Generalist (30 min).
- Offer. If everything matches, we will send a formal offer.
