Onboarding Specialist/Project manager in Pharmbills

The Junior Onboarding Specialist is responsible for building up a group of people into a strong, coherent team with their well-established policies and procedures.

What you will need:

• Spoken and written English at the upper-intermediate level and above;
• High communication skills;
• Analytical and logical thinking;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Stress tolerance
• You make decisions with boldness and confidence, even when faced with uncertainty.
• Everybody knows that if a task is assigned to you t will get done because you take full ownership of the process.
• You keep your communication clear and simple. You listen to understand, and you confirm understanding;
• You pay attention to trivial details because there are no trivial details, and every part of the task is equally important.
• You are calm under pressure and believe in yourself and your team’s ability to get the job done. What will you do
• Build an onboarding process tailored individually for every client
• Create employee training materials and evaluations based on the working knowledge received from the Client
• Collect and analyze work-related data to optimize work processes.
• Communicate with the client to collect feedback on the employees

Must have experience in managing a team, communication with client and coaching!

Will be a huge plus if you had to build and interview a team from the scratch!

  Schedule from 2pm till 22.30pm Kyiv time ( working hours might be flexible).
