It is fully remote, but this person ideally will be based in the Atlanta Area, or on the East Coast.Your new companyOur client is a top ten, highly progressive logistics organization based in USA that has opened up a new opportunity for an Onboarding (Adjudication) Specialist to join their team!Your new role:Collaborating with Talent and HR teams, you will be responsible for conducting individualized assessments for background checks. This includes reviewing background check results and candidate responses to determine if they meet company hiring requirements. The assessor will also contact candidates to understand underlying circumstances and assess job-relatedness. This position is a 12-month contract (to potentially go permanent) and is fully remote.What you will need to succeed5+ years of experience in human resources, criminal justice, legal professions, or related fields.2+ years of experience of background screening experience.Familiarity with employment background check laws at the federal, state, and local levels.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.Skilled in creating and updating work instructions.What you will get in returnIf you are looking for a challenge and want to be a part of a big transformation, this company can provide that.
