Onboarding Specialist in Pharmbills

Pharmbills is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our client's property management team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless onboarding of new builds into our client's systems while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Collection and processing documents of new clients.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and organizational documentation requirements.
• Assisting new clients with documentation, questions, invoicing, etc.
• Monitoring the onboarding process < /li>
• Other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, with a deep understanding of onboarding best practices.

• English level B2+
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
• A careful approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with onboarding software/tools a plus.
