This role ensures the client’s needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions, systems and processes in response to client requirements expressed in the discovery and/or sales process. They will be directly responsible for onboarding new business, to include: creating project plans, structures, scheduling, staffing requirements, and any budget restrictions throughout the project’s entirety.This position is responsible for successfully managing integration requirements on multiple, concurrent projects. The projects vary in complexity and scope, requiring strong attention to detail. Additionally, during this project life cycle, this position will serve as the primary contact with the customer, communicating the balancing constraints of project scope, timelines, quality, risk evaluation, setting the expectations and monitoring the client’s assessment. This position will work in line with company values and goals, working towards exceeding expectations and creating raving fans with all onboarding new customers.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Manages clients through ABC onboarding processManages project expectations notably around the entire project scope, clarifying project roles and responsibilitiesAssumes leadership role in ensuring that ABC is aware of and focused on providing the appropriate software and system solutions to our clientsAssumes accountability for the complete resolution of the onboarding projectTakes ownership of assigned issues and works as the client’s advocate to bring resolution in a timely mannerEnsures clients fully utilize the solutions offered and ensures that ABC earns the maximum revenue possible for each client.Teaches and reinforces clients how to get the most out of their relationship with ABCProvides clients with specialized software and system training when necessaryUp-sells/Cross Sells and educates on all aspects and features of ABC across all platformsManages, delegates, and inspects client issues with divisional leadershipUses Salesforce, or other designated CRM, as required to track client interaction and activityFacilitates requirements discussions, captures business and financial information, and documents the requirements as it relates to the integration in its entiretyDevelops and maintains accurate project deployment and integration schedulesOversees and supplies leadership for Client Training and customer visits related to assigned projectsApproves deliverables and post deliverable signoffProvides reporting from all software sources that emulates client’s reporting structure and caters to their specific business needs, financial, growth forecasting, production, marketing and demographic reportingDirects all conversion and onboarding activities, working with all internal ABC departments to ensure the appropriate response and communication with the clientManages, delegates and inspects client issues with department leadershipWorks with ABC upper management to resolve issues when necessaryProvide weekly summaries to department management concerning projectsProvides expert guidance and support for internal and onsite employees to address critical and/or outstanding issues impacting the project implementationWorks with Software Development to champion product enhancements and support improvementsProvides project completion documentation to the Client Management Division to facilitate a seamless transition to the final stage of the project life cycle.Maintains an expert-level understanding of all client-facing software and systemsRepresents ABC at tradeshows and industry functionsProactively creates opportunities to educate and mingle with clients in regional meetings and client gatheringsProvides on-time monthly business plansRecords expenses in a timely fashion on a bimonthly basis and adhere to expense policyPerform other duties as assigned by manager or managementRegular and reliable attendance requiredWHAT YOU’LL NEED:Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsIntermediate MS Word, MS Access, Outlook, OneNoteExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenExcellent time managementMust demonstrate leadershipMust be a self-starterMust be able to make independent decisions and take calculated risksMust be an excellent communicatorMust be able to coordinate and maintain several projects with multiple deadlinesMust be able to effectively work across multiple departments to resolve customer issuesMust be an excellent problem solverAbility to learn and implement technical skills2+ years of relevant experience requiredAND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE:Project Management Certification (preferred)College degree (preferred)ABC Ignite experience (preferred)Data migration/conversion experiencePrevious Project Management experienceWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:Purpose led company with a Values focused culture – Best Life, One Team, Growth Mindset Time Off – with our open PTO policy, you pick when you want time off when it’s best for you! Our pay range for U.S.-based candidates for this position is $58,000 -- $75,000 USD annually.
