Key responsibilities:

• Organization and support of onboarding of new employees;
• Ordering and control of training of equipment, workplace, access and admissions for newcomers.
• Conducting welcome meetings and familiarization with company processes;
• Coordination of interaction between newcomers, managers and internal teams;
• Control of adaptation and completion of the trial period;
• Collection of feedback and improvement of onboarding processes.
