Expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education;
- Experience of working with clients from 2 years in the B2B segment;
- Experience of conducting meetings with clients;
- Skills to identify needs;
- Communication;
- li>Competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
- High speed of typing and writing letters;
- High diligence.
Your area of responsibility will be:
- Customer registration. Presentation to clients of all product capabilities and delivery of product values that are relevant for the client;
- Assessment of needs. Conducting thorough client needs assessments to understand their recruiting processes, challenges and desired outcomes. Using this information in the process of adapting the client to the product and ensuring maximum value;
- Settings. Cooperation with clients to facilitate customization of the platform for the client;
- Trainings and education. Conducting customer training to provide customers with the knowledge and skills to effectively use the product. Collaborate with product and L&D teams to create customer-tailored training materials;
- Relationship building. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations. Acts as a trusted advisor and advocate, fostering long-term partnerships based on shared success;
- Problem Solving. Identifying and resolving any challenges or issues that arise during the customer engagement process . Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction;
- Gathering feedback. Gathering customer feedback on usability, functionality and overall product experience. Providing feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement;
- Documentation. Keeping records of customer interactions, engagement progress and related processes;
- Communicating updates. Notifying customers about product updates;
- Public activity. Speeches or presence at events that can help attract customers (webinars, offline events, etc.).
