We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Sales Onboarding and Training Coordinator to support our remote, multi-national team where some colleagues (including managers and sales) are based in the US.

This role combines onboarding and coaching. You will help new and existing sales managers (both online and door-to-door) adapt, feel confident, adhere to company standards and consistently deliver results.

Main duties

Onboarding and support of new sales (first 30-60 days)

  • Train and accompany new employees of the sales department during the first 30-60 days, helping them adapt, gain confidence and achieve the first measurable results.

  • Provide a structured onboarding: explain processes, tools, scripts, standards and expectations.

  • Gather feedback from newcomers about the onboarding process and use it to improve materials and processes.

Continuous coaching and development of the existing team sales

  • Provide continuous coaching support to current sales managers to maintain consistent performance quality, efficiency and compliance with company standards.

  • Conduct regular refresher training and skill development sessions based on metrics analysis, listening calls or launching new company initiatives.

  • Support team leads in building a strong mentoring culture internally sales department.

Training materials and knowledge base

  • Maintain, update and improve training materials: presentations, instructions, SOPs, checklists and video modules.

  • Work with team leads and management to create new materials in case of changes in processes, tools or offers.

Collaboration and overall responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing, sales supervisors and operations team to align onboarding, sales processes and promotions.

  • Perform other related tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of the department sales.


How performance will be evaluated

Your performance in this position will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

  • The level of retention and productivity of new employees after the first 30-60 days of onboarding.

  • Increased productivity of existing employees after coaching and trainings.

  • Quality, clarity and relevance of training materials and SOPs (how useful and updated they are for the team).

  • Feedback from the team and management regarding your supportskills, communication and training impact.


Requirements

  • Experience in sales coaching, onboarding or team coordination.

  • Developed interpersonal communication skills; ability to motivate, support and guide both new and existing team members.

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, international team, including direct daily communication with US colleagues.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; confidence in working with documentation, contracts, KPIs and digital tools.

  • Positive attitude, patience and a genuine desire to help people develop.

  • Fluent English (C1–C2) with a neutral or American accent - a must for direct communication with colleagues from the US and sales team.
