Localization and resolution of emergency situations arising on the network. Collection and analysis of statistical data of network operation. Control of key indicators of the quality of network operation, taking measures to ensure their compliance with an acceptable level. Execution of orders (tasks) , interaction with divisions within the scope of operation of the network of switches and development of the network as a whole. Processing of customer feedback and solving problems arising from end users. Analysis and optimization of the network architecture from the point of view of the optimal use of network resources and ensuring the continuity of services to the end user.
