Required experience: 1-3 years • Full-time Ensuring quality operation and support of the switch network Management of network nodes: switching servers (MSC-S), switching servers of the blade-cluster type (MSC-S BC), switches (MSC), media gateways (MGW), base station controllers (BSC), radio network controllers (RNC), base stations (NodeB, BTS), home access registers (HLR). Carrying out periodic regulatory procedures for maintenance of network nodes according to the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer. Localization and resolution of emergency situations arising on the network. Collection and analysis of network statistics. Control of key indicators of the quality of network operation, taking measures to ensure their compliance with an acceptable level. Execution of orders (tasks), interaction with divisions within the scope of operation of the network of switches and development of the network as a whole. Processing customer feedback and solving problems arising from end users. Analysis and optimization of the network architecture from the point of view of the optimal use of network resources and ensuring the continuity of the provision of services to the end user. Performing software updates on the nodes of the BSC/RNC/BTS/NodeB network. Education and Higher Field of Telecommunications, Computer Engineering Experience in providing services: Up to 1 year of experience in the field of telecommunications. Experience in the relevant field is an advantage. Other languages: Ukrainian — fluent (official-business style) English — intermediate level PC proficiency MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Unix statistical tools Driver's license - category B Additional requirements Experience in managing and operating GSM switching systems and good knowledge in the field of telecommunications.
