We are looking for an active and creative specialist who will turn our social networks into a brand, gifts into stylish merch, and events into unforgettable events. We are waiting for you in the team if you have: Experience working with suppliers and contractors; Experience of active use of social networks (personal or corporate); Confident skills in using PC/Excel/Google docs; Possession of competent language and writing; Understanding the basics of Photoshop or any other graphic editor; The ability to work in multitasking mode, proactivity, creativity, punctuality; Experience in the design and purchase of souvenir products will be a plus. Openness, sociability. What needs to be done: Work with documentation and reporting Participation in the creation of a fund for the purchase of merch products (souvenir products, gifts for employees); Management of social company networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) 3-4 publications per month (writing, collage and publication of posts); Management of the corporate messenger (announcements, greetings, announcements); Participation in the organization of corporate events; Budgeting of expenses and reporting; Solving administrative issues of employees; Work with postal shipments by couriers.
