In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of office management, including procurement, budgeting, team-building events, and community engagement activities. Your primary objective will be to create a smooth and efficient office environment that promotes employee well-being and connection.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to support office operations and initiatives. Your contributions will be instrumental in making our office an exceptional place to work.

• Meeting and greeting visitors upon arrival.
• Distributing correspondence throughout the office.
• Tracking daily office attendance to ensure accountability.
• Ordering office food (e.g., lunches, groceries, coffee, etc.).
• Welcome pack management — including procurement, supplier negotiations, assembly, and distribution.

Requirements:

• The position requires an on-site presence in Wroclaw.
• 1+ experience in the office manager role will be a plus.
• Intermediate level of English and Polish language.
