Office Manager in Ciklum

With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.Responsibilities:Frontdesk maintenanceVisitors reception, calls distribution, newcomers welcomingCouriers/post coordination & keeping the registers/checking Ciklum mailbox distribution of the mailsSupport for requests for international sending of parcels and documentsWorking with JIRA, accepting/processing internal requests on various types of supportCoordination of suppliers and making sure office stock is sufficientParticipation in the teams moveOffice facility check conductionAssistance to the Facility AdministratorRequirements:Higher educationExperience with supporting office daily routine will be a plusAdvanced computer user (MS Office / Google Workspace, additional software is a plus)Upper-Intermediate EnglishClient-oriented attitude and positive thinkingCalm, self-organized, responsible, initiativeSolid organizational skillsWhat's in it for you?Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
