Office manager

Requirements:

• Higher education
< li>Work experience from the 1st year as an office manager, secretary
• Confident PC user
• English language - intermediate level
• Literacy, punctuality, sociability , the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions, non-conflict. No bad habits
• Experience with electronic document management programs is welcome

Responsibilities:

• Reception /distribution of incoming calls;
• Reception of visitors;
• Management of document management (reception, registration and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence);
• Working with courier services;

• Entering invoices in SAP

• Ordering business card printing;

  
  

• Executing the manager's orders;
