What you will do: monitor the order of office comfort, order stationery, equipment, machinery, coffee and fruit, support document flow: print documents, sign, receive and send them to the mail, be involved in planning, organization of meetings, conferences of team buildings, assist the management in daily tasks, participate in the organization of corporate events, ordering gifts for the team.
