Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in office management;
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability;
  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • A high level of written and spoken Armenian and Russian language.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies;
  • Assistance in adaptation for relocated employees (search for kindergartens, schools, medical institutions);
  • Supervise cleaning staff;
  • Making office supplies arrangements;
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
  • Supporting budgeting procedures;
  • Supervising the filling of the office food area (filling snacks, coffee, etc);
  • Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
  • Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary;
  • Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned;
  • Issuing and ordering merchandise to employees;
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary;
  • Meeting and escorting office guests;
  • Ad-hoc project’s tasks according to business needs;
