Necessary knowledge and competences:

• Completed higher education;
• Work experience in a similar position from 1 year (or in related fields: event management, personnel management, etc.);
• Competent oral and written communication.

Duties and tasks:

• Ordering products/water/household goods, full control of the economic part, interaction contractors;
• Assistance in onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
• Coordination of the work of company employees in the office;
• Work with org. by equipment and mail, expense accounting;
• Prompt performance of the manager's tasks;
• Working with merch, sending merch across Ukraine and to other countries.
