Main duties:
Organization of office work;
Registration of incoming and outgoing outgoing documents (sorting of correspondence, systematization of materials for forwarding to other divisions of the organization and partners);
Ensuring the vital activities of the office;
Reception and forwarding of incoming phone calls;
Preparation of letters on various administrative issues;
Providing support in the organization of business trips (hotel reservations, orders tickets, ordering vehicles) and corporate events;
Coordination of issues related to the lessor of the business center;
Coordination of the work of the courier service;
Reporting on spent funds;
Ability to work in multitasking conditions, attention to details, accuracy, responsibility, self-organization.
