Office manager in Ajax Systems

Responsibilities:

• Conducting daily morning rounds of the office.
• Purchasing office supplies (food, furniture, etc.).
• Purchasing gowns for production.
• Implementation and supporting the accounting process of overalls for Production.
• Creating requests for payment in 1C.
• Communicating with colleagues and suppliers.
• Implementing and managing the wardrobe process for Production.
• Organizing and supporting the process of shipments through Ukrposhta.

Requirements:

• A confident user PC.
• Experience with SAP.
• Confident work with Google Docs.
• Developed communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt.
• Orientation on quality results.
• Clarity, structure, attention to details.
• Ability to work effectively in multitasking mode.
