Office Management Team Lead. be responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the offices, including the management of office space, inventory, procurement, maintenance of equipment and infrastructure; ensuring effective communication in the offices and with other departments of the company, ensuring the implementation of internal procedures and standards; development and implementation of a budget for office expenses, including analysis of current expenses, forecasting of future expenses and search for effective cost reduction strategies; project management related to internal office initiatives and infrastructure improvements; Company Space management — maintaining the relevance of company policies in the internal space, development and improvement of processes in the space; organization of business trips for company employees, including booking tickets, hotels, transport and other services; identifying opportunities to optimize the processes of organizing business trips, implementing effective strategies and tools; development and implementation of security strategies and policies to ensure the safety of employees in the working environment; interaction with the internal security service with the aim of ensuring a high level of security for the company and its employees; development and implementation of strategies and processes for effective relocation of employees; analysis and processing of employee requests for reimbursement of relocation expenses, ensuring compliance with approved policies and procedures; identification of needs for new directions and services in the field of employee relocation and development of strategies for their implementation in accordance with the changing needs of the company; management of the corporate merch development process, cooperation with contractors; keeping records and ensuring product availability in accordance with processes. 💪 Your skills:
- Work experience in Office Management from 3 years, preferably in a company of 100 or more >
- Management experience: Experience in team management and office organization.
- Experience in opening and closing offices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
- Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively organize work processes and manage resources.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop strategies to solve them.
- Flexibility and stress resistance: The ability of poperate in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions and adapt to changes.
- Experience in the organization of business trips from 1 year
- English - B2+
- Knowledge of legislation: Understanding of relevant legislative norms and standards on labor safety issues.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to identify potential areas of development of the relocation program and develop strategies for their implementation.

- work experience in an IT company
- work experience in management programs of relocation or support of personnel moves.
- experience in corporate merch development, including knowledge of production processes and materials.
- experience with Jira, Slack, Confluence, HiBob.
