We are currently looking for an Office / Event Manager to join the team to support the life of the office, help with onboarding processes, organize weekly events, technical educational events and corporates who dream of building a car in a product IT company.

Tasks can be conditionally divided into 3 groups:

1. Daily:

• maintenance of office life;
• control of cleaning by a cleaning service;
• control of the purity of negotiations;
• food order (GoodFood / HealthyLunch) and office supplies: stamp, equipment, etc.;
• sending documents;
• tracking of office expenses.

2. Events:

• providing office events with food, drinks, equipment;
• participation in the organization of educational, hiring and networking events;
• organization of outbound corporate parties "on a turnkey basis".

3. Assistance in the onboarding of new employees:

• selection of equipment, collection of a travel package, meeting;
• tour of the office;

What is needed to join us:

• experience working on similar admins. positions from 1 year;
• experience in ensuring the vital activities of the office;
• experience in organizing events, corporate events;
• experience in financial reporting, budgets, tracking of office expenses;
• ability to work for results, take responsibility and make decisions;
• willingness to work in multitasking mode;
• strong communication skills, the ability to easily find a common language with different people;
• desire to develop and improve the quality of one's work, perfectionism.
