Areas of responsibility:
— Management of office processes in relation to established standards;
— Purchase of necessary goods for the office (water/food, stationery, breakfast/lunch, furniture, etc.);
—Keep office expenses, control the payment of bills for office expenses and solve many other issues related to comfortable work in the office;
— Systematic improvement of office working conditions;
— Conduct an inventory of furniture, monitor the work of craftsmen and cleaning services;
— Assistance in organizing events (corporate events, team building, themed parties, etc.);
—Provide assistance and attention to colleagues in case of any office issues.
