Currently, we are inviting an Office Administrator to our team for further development and support of our business activity in Ukraine.
Reporting directly to the Head of the Administrative Department You will work on the following tasks:
- Ensuring daily life activities and smooth operation of the office;
- Reception and distribution of calls, correspondence, incoming documentation;
- Meeting and escorting guests, couriers, contractors;
- Business correspondence, preparation of administrative documentation and archive;
- Organization and support of meetings, negotiations, conferences (including the economic part);
- Supplying the office with stationery, household goods and food products;
- Coordination of technical staff, control of the condition of the premises;
- Interaction with the lessor and by service providers (food, taxi, mobile communication)
- Administration of accounts, entering data into SAP, transfer of primary documents to the accounting department;
- Administrative support of personnel (business cards, circular letters).
Candidate profile:
- Higher/partial higher education;
- Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
- PC skills at the level of a confident user (MS Office);
- Skills in working with office equipment;
- Attention to details, responsibility, punctuality, organization, ability to work with multitasking mode, willingness to learn.
