NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Mandatory basic knowledge of enterprise accounting processes (regulated and management accounting); 
• Analytical thinking; 
• 2 years of experience as a business analyst in product/integration teams; 
• Practical experience in building and implementing Odoo ERP systems; 
• Understanding the principles of ERP systems (especially Odoo modular architecture); 
• Experience with Confluence / Jira, ability to write clear tasks for developers; 
• Ability to formulate requirements in the format of user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN / UML; 
• Experience in managing projects or linear divisions of automation systems implementation; 
• Experience in building and managing a team;
• Knowledge of the English language at least at B1 level.

Functional duties:

• Collection, structuring and analysis requirements from customers;
• Modeling of business processes (as-is / to-be), joint construction of a process architecture in the Odoo environment;
• Analysis of the company’s current business processes (finances, accounting, management accounting);
• Development and description of requirements for the implementation of Odoo ERP;
• Formulation and documentation of functional requirements: description of business logic, UX expectations, user scenarios (BRD/FRD/Use Cases)optimization of processes;
• Conducting functionality demonstrations and user training;
• Project management, drawing up plans and work schedules.
