Occupational safety engineer (Internship, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Mykolaiv, Odesa) in Clario

We invite students of III-VI courses of higher education institutions and graduates (3 years after graduation) to join the Internship Program 2026 for the position "Labor safety engineer". 

CEMARK is part of the CRH Group, a global leader in the production of building materials. In Ukraine, the company unites cement plants in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Mykolaiv (Lviv region) and Odesa, as well as a plant for the production of supports for power transmission lines in Bila Tserkva, a cement shipment complex in Vyshnevo (Kyiv region) and a network of ASTOR concrete plants in Kyiv and Kyiv region.  

 
During the program, you will work in a real production environment, receive support from mentors, experience working with modern equipment, effective training and the opportunity to start a career in an international company. 

Under the guidance of an experienced mentor, you will gradually master the key functions of an occupational safety engineer at the enterprise:

• You will familiarize yourself with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation on labor protection and internal corporate policies and standards; you will learn to apply them in daily work.
• You will participate in the organization and coordination of occupational health and safety measures aimed at compliance with safety requirements by employees.
• You will participate in the analysis of working conditions and the development of measures to improve them.
• You will learn to check the technical condition of the equipment and assess its compliance with the requirements of safe performance.
• You will get practical experience in the development, revision and updating of occupational health and safety instructions, as well as methodological materials (instructions, monuments, regulations, rules) for high-risk works.
• You will participate in conducting induction briefings on occupational health and safety for new employees and contractors, as well as supervising the conduct of briefings in units.
• You will familiarize yourself with the process of providing employees with regulatory documentation on occupational health and safety (rules, standards, regulations, instructions).
• You will learn how to monitor compliance with the requirements for safe work on high-risk equipment.
• You will gain experience in communication with department heads: informing, consulting and providing methodical support on occupational health and safety issues.
• You will be involved in maintaining, preparing and storing documentation on labor protection, industrial safety and industrial sanitation, as well as preparing reports.
• You will familiarize yourself with the processes of organizing training, briefings, certifications and re-certifications for occupational health and safety, monitoring the provision of PPE for workers and passing preliminary and periodic medical examinations.
