Key tasks: organization of work on the functioning of the occupational health and safety management system at the enterprise; formation of an occupational health and safety culture at the enterprise; systematic inspections of compliance in the laboratory premises of the enterprise with the requirements of legislative and regulatory acts on occupational health and safety, fire safety, and as well as the requirements of internal regulatory acts of the enterprise; recording of non-conformities; conducting introductory training on occupational safety and fire safety; organizing and conducting training on occupational safety and fire safety for company employees; conducting investigations of incidents with the aim of analyzing the root causes of their occurrence; identification, assessment and determination of ways to reduce the impact of harmful and dangerous production factors, organization of preventive measures to prevent their occurrence; development of normative documents, procedures, instructions on occupational safety and fire safety; preparation of reports, presentations on occupational safety issues for the head of the unit and the enterprise administration. Candidate for this role: has a high level knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of occupational health and safety; is able to provide explanations on occupational health and fire safety issues in an accessible manner; has skills in working with a large volume of documents and their development (instructions, procedures, etc.); has experience in preparing for certification and passing ISO certification 45001 (as an added advantage); has a higher chemical education (as an added advantage); has experience in chemical or pharmaceutical companies (as an added advantage); knows English at B1+ level (as an added advantage).
