Safety Engineer in UVK-Interneshnl

JOB SAFETY ENGINEER with experience in logistics, distribution, trade. We do not consider candidates from state, communal institutions - only from commercial companies. The location of the candidate must be in Kyiv or the region. Compositions

Tasks:

1. General management of labor protection in the company.
2. Control of the state of labor protection at workplaces.
3. Participation in lean production projects .
4. Development of documentation for obtaining ISO 45001, 90001 certification and their implementation in labor protection in logistics.
5. Maintenance of labor protection documentation.
6. Participation in the organization personnel training and conducting introductory briefings on occupational safety and fire safety.
7. Organization and control of official investigations into violations of occupational safety.
8. Control over compliance with the requirements of occupational safety and fire safety legislation in structural subdivisions.
9. Visit to the regions for audits from OP, preparation of all documentation, detection of deviations from requirements and their correction.
10. Attestation of workplaces, attestation of equipment, tools.
11. Organization of personnel training in Specialist Training and Certification Centers.

Requirements: PROACTIVITY, INDEPENDENCE, LEADERSHIP

• work experience of 5 years or more in a similar position in a LOGISTICS company (advantage), or in retail, production.
• Specialists from other fields, with experience only in the state sector, utility companies are not considered.
• knowledge of the legislative framework on security issues labor;
• knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;
• confident user of Microsoft Office 365;

We offer: working hours: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00, after the trial period - hybrid work (partly remote, part visiting warehouses, partly in a comfortable office), official employment and compliance with social guarantees; work in a professional team.
