FUNCTION: Department of Labor Protection
LOCATION: Pryluky
Key tasks and expectations of this role: the responsibility of the Occupational Safety Engineer is to ensure the effective functioning of the occupational safety and health system in production in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, corporate standards and international practices.
The role involves development occupational safety culture among employees of the Company and subcontractors, control over compliance with requirements, conducting training, as well as close interaction with production units and external control bodies. 400">
Control compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, EHS standards, international practices and internal policies in production units.Conduct planned and unscheduled inspections, issue orders and monitor their implementation.Organize training, instruction and knowledge testing on occupational health and safety for employees and contractors.Develop and update internal documentation, procedures and standards for labor protection.Accompany the obtaining of permit documentation and interact with regulatory bodies.Organize certification of workplaces, medical examinations and control of working conditions.Analyze industrial risks, injuries and causes of incidents, initiate corrective measures.Key requirements:
- Work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of labor protection.
- Understanding the principles of construction and functioning of labor protection management systems (ISO 45001)ndi.
- Openness to innovation and a proactive approach to changes.
Working conditions:
- Work in an office with regular visits to production workshops and periodic inspection of the territory of the enterprise. The work does not involve physical exertion. The work schedule is from 8:20 a.m. to 5 p.m. The work involves interaction with production units, subcontractors and control bodies. The work involves keeping documentation and reporting; long-term work at a computer.
